CLARIFY
Respect the person and the context
Address the professional subject without attacking a person or their background. Explain your own experience and allow room for a different perspective. A useful exchange should make a question clearer rather than turn a contribution into an unsupported judgement about someone’s competence or status.
Credit the actual contribution
Identify who made the work, photograph or reference. Distinguish original material, collaboration, studies and sources. Do not use another person’s contribution to imply your own authorship or an unconfirmed current affiliation. Keep credits attached when examples move between accounts or discussions.
Share only permitted material
Obtain appropriate permission before sharing images, quotations or examples. Keep private client records, learner data, medical details and sensitive photographs out of general exchanges. Public access to an image does not make it an unrestricted asset or authorise its use in a new context.
Be clear about your role
State the scope of your experience and distinguish observation, opinion, source material and a proposal. Association discussion does not replace appropriate supervision, training, assessment or qualified guidance. Do not represent participation as a licence, qualification, independent verification or guaranteed outcome.
Clarify concerns through an actual process
Any future exchange needs a responsible host and clear terms for participation, concerns and corrections. The current frontend does not operate a formal dispute or disciplinary system. Use a general contact enquiry to ask about the appropriate route without sending sensitive case records or assuming a legal or regulatory decision.
