The enquiry information
Name, email, city or region, participation context, selected theme and message are used to prepare a private text review in the current page. A contribution can also include an optional authorised public HTTPS reference. No connected database or automatic submission endpoint receives this information.
Downloads and email drafts
A local download saves a JSON file to your device only when you choose it. An email-draft action passes the reviewed text to your selected mail application, where you decide whether to send. That application and any actual recipient operate under their own arrangements. The domain-based placeholder requires owner activation and monitoring.
No enquiry storage in this frontend
The forms do not persist enquiry values in browser storage. Editing invalidates the previous review; revisiting starts a new blank draft apart from recognised query selections. Printing or saving a reading resource uses the browser’s print facilities. Keep sensitive information out of public or shared notes.
Photography and external links
Photographs, fonts and scripts are stored locally. Illustrative people and activities are not verified TAAI members, confirmed events or affiliated organisations. Source-credit and reference links lead to external sites with their own operators and policies. No third-party analytics or map service is needed to render these pages.
Future operation and sensitive records
Do not enter identity documents, medical information, private client/learner records or sensitive images in general enquiries. Any future membership, publication or event service needs approved purpose, consent, access, retention, correction and security arrangements. Hosting may create access logs under its provider’s own configuration.
